| How will you enquire for a transfer? Please fill in the enquiry form and submit it. Your enquiry will be registered and you will receive an e-mail containing your confirmation and reference number and the invoice will be attached. Please print these documents prior to your departure and make sure that you bring them out with you. How will you pay? You can pay directly to our airport guide or the driver upon arrival by submitting your invoice. How will you be met at the airport? Our guide will meet you at the airport with a “Transfersonly” board which will also have your party name written on it. How will you find out the time of your return transfer? If you have been taken into a hotel, the reception will inform you of the departure time 24 hours prior to your flight. If you are travelling independently and your pick up destination is unknown to us; please contact us 48 hours prior to your departure and let us know your pick up address, you will be informed of the departure time according to your address. For any possible changes that may occur, please make sure that you provide us with a telephone number where you can be reached as well as your address when you fill in the enquiry form. What if there is a flight delay? If there are any changes in your holiday plans how can you change the information that you have provided us with? Our form and the invoice have the telephone numbers printed on them, where you can contact us 24 hours a day. You can contact us any time you wish. Specification of our transfer vehicles All of our transfer vehicles are air conditioned and are latest models. You may require other services whilst on holiday Our company provides other holiday services as well as transfers. We will be happy to help you with other holiday arrangements such as hotel bookings, car rental, excursions, etc. |
